The Appeal by the deveolpers has been refused by the Insepctor.
Cllr John Grimshaw who attended the Inquiry on behalf of the 3 of us, to speak for local residents said:
“I am very pleased the Planning Inspector has refused this development, Cuddington & Sandiway already have 2 major developments being built at present, the proposed Dalefords Lane development would have been more than their fair share and was on the wrong side of the road, we are delighted that common sense has prevailed.
I would like to thank all the local people, especially the action group, Cuddington & Sandiway Parish Council and CWC’s Planning Officers for putting up such a strong case at the Inquiry”
